  • VCWI Talent Forum 2014

To continue the success of past 3 years, VCWI will organize its fourth Talent Forum in June 2014. This is an opportunity to bring together the employer, employee, and job agencies to exchange information in talent recruitment and management, trainings and development. It will also provide a job fair for potential job seekers and talent recruiters. The key theme of this year’s Talent Forum will be: Growth and Career Development. Besides the traditional program, in this year’s event we will also add two new activities: 1) On site free CV/Resume check and writing advice; 2) On site live interview panels with real candidates, successful candidates will be rewarded a Recommendation Letter by all participating companies.

About what to expect...

Talent continues to be on top of the management agenda of all organizations, how to identify, attract and develop talents remains as top priority, not only for multinational companies, but also start-up entrepreneurs.

In the previous years VCWI (The Association of Chinese Scholars and Engineers in the Netherlands) already organized the Talent Forum three times, each time it proved to be a great success. In 2013, the Forum attracted approximately 200 Chinese origin scholars/engineers, top multinational companies like BP, ASML, NWO have also participated the event as key sponsors. To continue this success VCWI will organize its third Talent Forum in June 2014. Again this is an opportunity to bring together the employer, employee, and job agencies to exchange information in talent recruitment and management, trainings and development. It will also provide a job fair for potential job hunters and talent recruiters. The key theme of this year’s Talent Forum will be: Growth and Career Development.

Additionally, to continue the success of our 1st Career Interest Survey of last year, we will once again to conduct our Career Interest survey and share the results during the conference. Please click the below link to join the survey directly: Go to Survey (Survey code: vcwi)
