To allow us to reasonably manage conference, venue, and related resources, the following refund rules apply if you cancel after completing registration and payment:

Cancellation before 1 June 2026: Full refund
Cancellation between 1 June – 31 August 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be retained
Cancellation after 1 September 2026 or no-show: Fees paid are non-refundable

Specific payment details and final payment deadlines will be confirmed in the registration confirmation email.
