STEP 1 / 3 Basic Information
Please enter the name you will use for your badge and official registration.
Used to send your registration confirmation, reference number, payment details, and event notices.

STEP 2 / 3 Registration Details
Choose your ticket and payment method. After submission, continue to the selected checkout or transfer instructions; your email also includes payment guidance. Eligibility, payment and attendance are verified separately.
Not yet a member of an eligible association? Apply for free VCWI membership, then apply for the €50 / €100 forum concession after submitting your membership application. Submission does not grant formal membership. VCWI member or application claims will be checked manually against your registration email; selecting a claim does not verify it.
WeChat Pay is not available. Payments are handled by ING Checkout / Pay.nl and Alipay. Pay only once. Questions? Contact europe.forum@vcwi.nl.
STEP 3 / 3 Preferences & Terms

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To allow us to reasonably manage conference, venue, and related resources, the following refund rules apply if you cancel after completing registration and payment:

  • Cancellation before 1 June 2026: Full refund
  • Cancellation between 1 June – 31 August 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be retained
  • Cancellation after 1 September 2026 or no-show: Fees paid are non-refundable

Specific payment details and final payment deadlines will be confirmed in the registration confirmation email.

The organisers take the protection of your personal data very seriously. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the personal information you provide in this form (including but not limited to your name, contact details, and organisational information) will be used solely for the following purposes: registration processing and attendance management for the 2026 Europe Forum; event communications, confirmations, and related notices; organisational and coordination work directly related to this forum.

Your data will be kept securely by the Association of Chinese Scholars and Engineers in the Netherlands (VCWI) and will not be used for any commercial purposes unrelated to this forum, nor disclosed to third parties without your consent.
